Founded in 2004, Foresight Contracting L.L.C. built a reputation as one of the leading contractors in the field of construction by successfully completing numerous prestigious projects, with a focus on quality and perfection in finishing while ensuring maximum satisfaction of the clients and delivering within given time frames.

Our company has been in operation for the last few years in Dubai and is licensed for the construction of up to G+1 Building in Dubai. We are also qualified and registered with the following Government departments.

1. Private Housing Finance Scheme for Emirates Bank / Union Properties.
2. Listed as the Government Contractor for Dubai Municipality Works.
3. Development Board of Dubai.
4. Sheikh Zayed Housing Programs
5. Mohamed Bin Rashed Housing Programs (MBRHE)
